How long does it take to get my printed items?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping time in transit depends upon the shipping method you select.
How do I place my order?
There are three ways to start a new order: create a completely new printing project; reprint individual items; or reprint an entire order. After you log in, click/tap New Order, and select Start New Project, Reprint Items, or Reprint Order.
Will I get to review my order and artwork before I’m charged?
Yes, and you will be required to approve the Preview Files, Order Details, and Shipping Information before you can continue to the secure Payment form where you enter your credit card information and Submit your order to production.
Can I change my order or use a new file after it’s submitted?
No, custom orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted to our fully-automated production process. However, your order is not submitted to production and you are not charged anything until you have reviewed and approved your Preview Files, Order Details, and Shipping Information.
Can I get a printed sample to see how it will look?
Yes, just place an order for one. And to be safe and avoid costly errors, we strongly recommend that you order a printed sample and use it as a proof to carefully review your work before you order a large quantity.
What kind of files do you accept?
Our automated system requires a single PDF file that must be 8.5″W x 11″H. If you have another type of file or multiple files, please see our File Preparation Guidelines for information on how to prepare a single PDF file.
Why does my file have to be exactly 8.5″W x 11″H?
This allows our automated system to enlarge your full-size artwork by 2% so the printing on the covers and pages bleeds off the edges for borderless printing without white edges.
Can I start working on an order and finish it later?
Yes, if you start an order and do not finish it, the next time you attempt to start a new order you will be asked, “Do you want to resume the order that was already in progress?” You can choose “Yes” to continue working on the uncompleted order or “No” to start a completely new order. This resume function only lasts 7 days and only works if you use the same device and browser. You can also edit and finish any uncompleted order shown on the Orders screen: Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap Edit under the order number you want to edit and/or complete. Uncompleted orders do not time out and are accessible from any device at any time.
What if my country is not listed as a ship-to option?
If your country is not listed in the shipping Country dropdown, please use our Customer Support Form to request that we add your country. Most countries can be added quickly and we will notify you as soon as your country has been added.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will be sent an email when your order enters production and when it ships. To check the status of an order or to review an order: Log in, click/tap Orders, and click/tap the order number you want to check or review. To track an order: Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap Track or
Track under the order number you want to track which links you directly to the carrier’s tracking information.
Can I reorder without starting all over again?
Yes, you can reprint individual items or reprint an entire order. To reprint an item that was previously ordered: Log in, click/tap Items, and select the items you want to order. To reprint an entire order or part of a previous order: Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap Reorder under the order number you want to reprint which will create a new duplicate order and take you to the Review Order page of the new order where you can Edit the new order or proceed directly to Payment.
