Production Time

Orders for fewer than 50 quantity typically ship within 2 business days. Orders for 50 or more typically ship within 4 business days. Shipping time in transit depends upon the shipping method selected.

Production Timeline: For jobs submitted before 4:45 p.m. PT on a business day, that day is considered Day 0. Production begins the following business day which is Production Day 1. Most jobs ship by the end of Production Day 2. Jobs for 50 or more ship by the end of Production Day 4. For jobs submitted on nonbusiness days, which includes holidays and weekends, Day 0 is the next business day.

Example: For a job submitted on the weekend, Monday is Day 0 so the job should ship by Wednesday which is Production Day 2.

Placing Orders – 3 Ways To Start A New Order

There are three ways to place an order: Create a completely new printing project; reprint individual items; or reprint an entire order.

1. Start New Project

To start a completely new printing project: Log in, click/tap New Order, click/tap Start New Project, upload your file, and continue.

File Preparation Guidelines: Information on how to prepare your file and what we do with your file is in our File Preparation Guidelines.

Preview Files: After you upload your file, click/tap Preview to review your file in its print-ready form. Make sure to carefully review your Preview Files before you submit your order. Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted.

Printed Samples / Proofs: To be safe and avoid costly errors, we strongly recommend that you order a printed sample and use it as a proof to carefully review your work before you order a large quantity.

2. Reprint Items

To reprint an item that was previously ordered: Log in, click/tap Items, select the items you want to order, and continue.

3. Reprint Order

To reprint an entire order or part of a previous order: Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap reorder-icon Reorder under the order number you want to reprint which will create a new duplicate order and take you to the Review Order page of the new order where you can Edit the new order or proceed directly to Payment.

Finishing Orders – 2 Ways To Finish An Uncompleted Order

There are two ways to finish an order: Resume and finish the last order you were working on or edit and finish any uncompleted order.

1. Resume Order

If you start an order and do not finish it, then attempt to start another new order, you will be asked, “Do you want to resume the order that was already in progress?” Choose “Yes” to continue working on the uncompleted order or “No” to start a completely new order. This resume function only lasts 7 days and only works if you use the same device and browser.

2. Edit Order

If you start an order and do not finish it, that uncompleted order will be shown on the Orders screen.
To edit an uncompleted order: Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap edit-icon Edit under the order number you want to edit and/or complete. Uncompleted orders do not time out and are accessible from any device at any time.

Payment

Your order is not placed (sent to production) and you are not charged for anything until you enter your credit card information and click/tap Submit on the Payment form.

Changes / Cancelations 

Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted to our fully-automated production process.

Order Status / Review An Order

To check the status of an order or to review an order: Log in, click/tap Orders, and click/tap the order number you want to check or review.

Shipping & Tracking

Adding A New Ship-To Country

If your country is not listed in the shipping Country dropdown, please use our Customer Support Form to request that we add your country. Most countries can be added quickly and we will notify you as soon as your country has been added.

Shipping Email Notification

When your order ships, an email with the subject “Your Gung-HoPrinting.com Order Has Shipped” is sent to the Shipping Email Address that was entered on your order. The email includes the shipping details and a link to the carrier’s tracking information.

Track An Order

To track an order:  Log in, click/tap Orders, click/tap usps-icon Track or fedex-icon Track under the order number you want to track which links you directly to the carrier’s tracking information.

Returns

We have never had a return so we do not have a returns process. If you think you have something that needs to be returned, please contact Customer Support.
